Mohammad Shadab Saifi

Mohammad Shadab Saifi is the Founder and CEO of HalfAccessible. He has spent over 8 years in digital accessibility, working with organizations across government, healthcare, education, finance, eCommerce, and enterprise software.

He is one of a small number of practitioners who hold all three IAAP senior credentials: Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS), and Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA). He is also a DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester and a JAWS Certified Professional.

His day-to-day work covers WCAG 2.2 audits, accessibility remediation, VPAT and ACR documentation, accessibility governance programs, and developer training. He tests with real assistive technology, including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack, and produces documentation that holds up in procurement reviews and legal due diligence.

At HalfAccessible, he leads a team of IAAP-certified specialists who handle manual testing, code-level fixes, and compliance documentation for clients in regulated and high-stakes sectors. He has also built several accessibility tools and platforms that help teams test, audit, and learn without depending on external consultants for every task.

His goal is simple: help organizations build accessibility into how they design and ship products, not treat it as a last-minute compliance exercise.
