A VPAT, or Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, is a standardized document describing how a product conforms to accessibility standards like WCAG and Section 508. Once completed and reviewed, it is typically called an ACR, or Accessibility Conformance Report. You need one if you sell to government agencies, higher education, or enterprise buyers whose procurement teams require accessibility documentation.
Most VPAT and ACR requests are scoped and quoted within 1 to 2 business days. The testing and documentation timeline depends on your product size and complexity, and we confirm it as part of your quote.
We test against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, Section 508, and EN 301 549, and can map findings to other frameworks your procurement process requires.
