white label website accessibility services
Sell WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audits, remediation, VPATs and PDF fixes under your agency brand without hiring specialists. IAAP-certified testers (CPACC, WAS, CPWA) test manually with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver, write client-ready white label reports and stay invisible under NDA. Apply to the partner program, or try us on one client site with a $500 Quick Audit.
White label website accessibility services let your agency sell WCAG audits, remediation and compliance documentation under your own brand while HalfAccessible does the specialist testing behind the scenes. You keep the client relationship, the timeline and the final deliverable; we supply the findings, fix guidance and retests.
Every audit is measured against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and can be framed for the rules your clients face, including the Justice Department’s ADA web guidance, Section 508 for US federal buyers and the European Accessibility Act, which has applied since 28 June 2025. Automated scans help with coverage, but the W3C notes that evaluation tools cannot check every accessibility requirement, so IAAP-certified specialists test manually with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and keyboard-only navigation.
Web agency Anblik, Bay Area Web Solutions and a QA firm have delivered our audit work under their own banner, and every rated contract in our white label accessibility audits case study scored 5.0 out of 5.0 on Upwork. Review the sample audit report to see what your client would receive, compare our published audit pricing ($100 consultation, $500 Quick Audit, $2,000 Complete Audit), or apply to the white label partner program for project or retainer work.
Our white label accessibility solutions cover accessibility audits, accessibility remediation, VPAT and ACR documentation, PDF remediation, accessible WordPress development, accessible Shopify development and ongoing monitoring, so your agency can say yes to the WordPress, Shopify, SaaS and public sector projects clients bring you.
US courts recorded 2,045 ADA website accessibility lawsuits from January to June 2026, and 496 of them (24.25%) targeted sites that already had an accessibility widget installed, according to EcomBack’s 2026 mid-year report. Public sector clients face the Justice Department’s ADA Title II web rule, now due April 26, 2027 for state and local governments serving 50,000 or more people and April 26, 2028 for smaller governments and special districts. Our ADA website lawsuit statistics and accessibility overlay lawsuit analysis give your account team sourced numbers to use in client conversations.
For new builds and redesigns, we review Figma designs and components before development, test during sprints and run a WCAG 2.2 AA audit before launch, so accessibility is part of delivery instead of a fix after go-live. For live client sites, we audit first, hand your developers a prioritised issue list with code-level guidance, and retest once fixes ship. You can white label any stage, from a single accessibility audit to ongoing monitoring and governance, backed by 10+ years of accessible web development and testing.
Our published packages make it easy to quote: a $100 one-hour consultation, a $500 Quick Audit of up to 5 page templates, a $2,000 Complete Audit of up to 25 templates or key flows with a retest of fixed issues, and a $2,000 Shopify Accessibility Audit for store clients. You decide how to package the work for your client. Remediation is quoted once we see the scope, so you can price fixes against a defined issue list; send findings through the free accessibility needs assessment to get a remediation plan. Project or retainer partner terms are confirmed after you apply to the partner program.

We can work behind the scenes under NDA, provide branded reports, support your team in client meetings, prepare agency-friendly deliverables, and align with your process. When appropriate, we can join as part of your team and keep the delivery confidential.
Your agency remains the trusted partner. HalfAccessible supplies the accessibility expertise, testing depth, remediation support, and documentation your team needs.
White-label accessibility services help agencies create a new revenue stream, improve client retention, win enterprise opportunities, reduce risk, and increase client satisfaction. Accessibility can become a recurring service line across audits, remediation, QA, documents, VPATs, and monitoring.
Agencies often lose momentum when RFPs ask about WCAG, Section 508, VPATs, accessibility statements, testing methods, remediation plans, or conformance documentation. We help you respond with credible scope, deliverables, timelines, and accessibility language.
Your clients may need accessibility because of ADA risk, Section 508, EAA readiness, enterprise procurement, education requirements, healthcare expectations, or brand reputation. We help agencies identify issues, prioritize fixes, document progress, and support ongoing compliance conversations.
Accessibility works best when agencies include it in strategy, UX, design, development, QA, launch, and maintenance. We review Figma designs, component libraries, CMS templates, frontend code, design systems, release candidates, and regression fixes.
We support fixed-price audits, $100 one-hour expert consultations, monthly retainers, dedicated accessibility engineer support, embedded team collaboration, sprint QA, release validation, and on-demand expert review. Your agency can start small and scale as demand grows.

Answers to common questions about white-label accessibility services, reselling audits under your brand, pricing, branded reports, NDAs, client meetings, remediation, Shopify and WordPress agency support, RFPs, VPATs, Figma reviews, QA, retainers, overlays, and the laws behind client requests.
White-label accessibility services let your agency offer accessibility audits, remediation, QA, PDF accessibility, VPATs, training, and consulting under your own brand while HalfAccessible performs the specialist work behind the scenes.
Audits are measured against the W3C’s WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria, and reports can map findings to the frameworks your clients face, such as the ADA (DOJ web guidance), Section 508 for US government buyers, and the European Accessibility Act, which has applied to many products and services sold in the EU since June 28, 2025. See how this works in practice in our white-label accessibility audits case study.
Our public packages are listed on the accessibility audit pricing page: a one-hour consultation is $100, the Quick Audit is $500 for up to 5 page templates with a top-10 issues report and WCAG 2.2 mapping, and the Complete Audit is $2,000 for up to 25 templates or key flows, with full manual testing in JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver, a retest of fixed issues and 90 days of support. For repeat or retainer work, the partner structure is confirmed after you apply to the partner program.
A report in your branding, or unbranded, with each issue’s severity, WCAG 2.2 success criterion, location and code-level fix guidance. You can check the format in our sample accessibility audit report and see how three agencies used it in the white label accessibility audits case study.
Yes. That is how the white label partnership works: we test and write the report, and you deliver it under your brand or unbranded, so your client deals only with your agency. We never contact your end clients directly. You decide how to package the work for your client, and project or retainer terms are confirmed after you apply to the partner program. To check report quality first, run a $500 Quick Audit on one client site or review the sample audit report.
Lead with the client’s risk and deadline rather than WCAG jargon. US courts saw 2,045 ADA website lawsuits from January to June 2026, and 496 of them (24.25%) hit sites that already had an accessibility widget (EcomBack). State and local governments must meet the ADA Title II web rule by April 26, 2027 or April 26, 2028 depending on size, and the European Accessibility Act has applied to many EU-facing products and services since 28 June 2025. Then offer one defined first step, such as a $500 Quick Audit of up to 5 templates, show the sample report, and turn fixes and ongoing monitoring into recurring work.
We work to WCAG 2.2 Level AA at every stage you hand us: Figma and component reviews before development, sprint QA during the build, and a pre-launch or live-site accessibility audit that combines automated scans with manual keyboard, zoom and screen reader testing in NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver. Findings arrive in a white label report with WCAG references and fix guidance, your developers or ours fix the issues, and we retest before you report back to the client.
Yes. Our published packages are a $100 one-hour consultation, a $500 Quick Audit of up to 5 page templates with a top-10 issues report and WCAG 2.2 mapping, and a $2,000 Complete Audit of up to 25 templates or key flows with a retest of fixed issues. Remediation is quoted once we see the scope, and on many small business sites fixing a shared template fixes the same issue on every page that uses it. See our low-cost accessibility audit for what the entry packages cover.
No. EcomBack counted 496 ADA website lawsuits from January to June 2026 against sites that already had a widget installed, almost one in four of all filings. In April 2025 the FTC finalized a $1 million order against accessiBe that bars it from claiming its tool can make any website WCAG compliant without supporting evidence. Clients get more protection from fixing the code and content, which is what our audits and remediation do. Our overlay lawsuit guide has the details to share with clients.
It depends on who the client serves. US businesses open to the public face ADA Title III lawsuits, and the Justice Department’s web guidance explains its view of website accessibility. State and local governments must meet WCAG 2.1 AA under the ADA Title II web rule by April 26, 2027 or April 26, 2028. Federal agencies and their vendors follow Section 508, which incorporates WCAG 2.0 AA, and EU-facing products and services fall under the European Accessibility Act. Our ADA and Section 508 audit tests against WCAG 2.2 AA, which covers the earlier versions those rules reference.
That depends on your preference. We can stay fully behind the scenes, work under NDA, or join as an extension of your team when transparency is useful.
