What each fixed-price package includes, how long an audit takes and where to start if you are not sure.
Your first conversation is a free 30-minute call to talk through where you stand and get a quote. Our packages are fixed-price: a $100 1-hour accessibility consultation for hands-on technical questions, a $500 Quick Accessibility Audit of up to 5 page templates, a $2,000 Complete Audit of up to 25 templates or key user flows, and custom Enterprise pricing for larger platforms. Our Shopify accessibility audit is also $2,000. See our pricing page for what each package includes, or read our accessibility audit cost guide to compare quotes from other vendors.
The Quick Accessibility Audit covers up to 5 page templates with automated and manual spot checks, a top-10 issues report mapped to WCAG 2.2, and a 30-minute review call. It suits small sites and teams that want a fast, fixed-price starting point. Start a $500 Quick Audit with a short form.
The $500 Quick Audit is a focused review of up to 5 templates with a top-10 issues report. The $2,000 Complete Audit covers up to 25 page templates or key user flows with a full manual audit in JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver and keyboard, a severity-ranked report with fix guidance, a re-test of fixed issues, an accessibility statement draft and 90 days of support. Compare both on our pricing page.
Yes. Our Shopify accessibility audit ($2,000) tests the storefront, product pages, cart and checkout journeys. Our WordPress accessibility audit tests your theme, page builder output and plugins. Both are tested against WCAG 2.2 AA with screen readers and keyboard only.
Timeline depends on scope. A small marketing website may take a few days, while an enterprise SaaS product or large document set may take several weeks. We confirm scope and timeline before starting any engagement.
Re-testing is included in the $2,000 Complete Audit, along with 90 days of support. The $500 Quick Audit does not include a re-test, so many teams move up to the Complete Audit once their fixes are in. If you would rather not fix issues in-house, our remediation team can fix them for you.
Start with the free 30-minute call if this is your first conversation with us or you are not sure what you need. We look at where your site stands, which package fits and what to do first, then send a fixed-price quote. Choose the $100 one-hour consultation when you need a hands-on technical session, such as discussing an existing audit, talking through fixes with your developer or checking site issues live.

Manual and automated testing, the assistive technologies we use, documents and Section 508.
WCAG 2.2 is the current W3C technical standard for web accessibility. Most accessibility laws worldwide, including the ADA, Section 508, the EAA, PSBAR, and AODA, reference WCAG directly or use it as the practical benchmark for compliance.
No. Automated scanners are a useful first pass, but they cannot judge whether a task actually works. When the UK Government Digital Service tested 10 free tools on a page with 143 known barriers, 29% of the barriers were missed by every tool and the best single tool found about 4 in 10 (GDS accessibility blog). Keyboard traps, unclear focus order, confusing screen reader announcements and unclear error messages need manual testing by a trained specialist, which is what our accessibility audit services include.
Yes, as a first look. AccessibilityScore.in is our free WCAG scan, powered by HalfAccessible and axe-core. It scans one public page and shows common issues with severity, WCAG mapping and fix guidance. Automated checks cannot test keyboard flows, screen reader output or dynamic components, so treat the score as a starting point and follow it with a manual review such as the $500 Quick Audit.
Complete Audits are tested manually with JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver, plus keyboard-only navigation. Learn how we run screen reader accessibility testing.
Yes. We test PDFs, Word and PowerPoint files for tags, reading order, headings, alt text, tables and form fields with NVDA and PAC. See document accessibility testing, and PDF and document remediation if files need fixing.
Yes. The Revised Section 508 Standards incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA, and federal agencies and vendors often also need a VPAT. Our ADA and Section 508 accessibility audit follows that baseline, and public bodies can use our government audit request form.
Legal deadlines, demand letters, overlays and procurement documentation, with links to the official sources.
Under the DOJ’s ADA Title II rule as amended by the April 2026 interim final rule, state and local governments must meet WCAG 2.1 AA by April 26, 2027 if they serve 50,000 or more people, and by April 26, 2028 if they are smaller or are special district governments. Read our DOJ Title II deadline guide or request a government accessibility audit.
It can. The European Accessibility Act has applied since June 28, 2025 to many products and services sold in the EU, including e-commerce, banking, e-books and transport services, even when the company is based outside the EU. Microenterprises that provide services are exempt. Read our European Accessibility Act compliance guide, and if you need an audit against EN 301 549, see our EU accessibility compliance audit.
Do not ignore it, and do not rely on an overlay to make it go away. Website accessibility lawsuits are common: Seyfarth Shaw counted 3,117 federal website accessibility lawsuits in 2025 (ADA Title III blog). Talk to your lawyer, then get a manual audit that documents the barriers and a fix plan. Our ADA lawsuit remediation service and the $500 Quick Audit are built for this situation.
No. Overlays do not fix the underlying code. In 2025 the US Federal Trade Commission ordered overlay vendor accessiBe to pay $1 million and barred it from claiming its product can make any website WCAG compliant without evidence. Read why accessibility overlays do not stop ADA lawsuits, and use accessibility remediation to fix the code instead.
A VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) documents how a product conforms to accessibility standards. You typically need one if you sell to enterprise or government buyers whose procurement process requires accessibility documentation. Our VPAT and ACR documentation service tests your product and writes the report, and you can request a VPAT quote to get a fixed price.
What you receive, what happens after the audit and how to begin.
We provide manual and automated accessibility audits, remediation, VPAT and ACR documentation, monitoring, and training for websites, web apps, mobile apps, SaaS products, and documents, tested against WCAG 2.2 AA and related standards like ADA, Section 508, and the European Accessibility Act.
Yes. Our sample accessibility audit report shows how each issue is written up with its WCAG success criterion, severity, affected pages, steps to reproduce and a recommended fix.
You receive a developer-ready report with severity ratings, standard references, and reproduction steps. We also offer remediation services to fix the issues directly if you would rather not handle fixes in-house.
Yes. Our Accessibility Monitoring and Governance service tracks your site over time so new pages and features do not quietly reintroduce barriers.
No. We audit and support clients internationally, including in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and the European Union, alongside deep expertise in India’s own regulatory framework under the RPwD Act and IS 17802.
We aim for full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance and test our own site regularly, but we are honest that it is currently partially conformant. See our accessibility statement for the specific items we are still working through.
