Is the accessibility assessment really free?
Yes. Sending the form, hearing back from a specialist and getting a preliminary assessment with a recommended next step costs nothing, and there is no obligation. Paid work only starts once you choose a package, such as a $500 Quick Audit, a $2,000 Complete Audit, the $2,000 Shopify accessibility audit or a $100 consultation. You get the price in writing before anything is billed.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply within one business day, and you get a preliminary assessment of what your site needs within 2 business days. If you are working to a deadline, such as an ADA demand letter, a procurement date or a launch, mention it in your message so we can plan around it.
What happens after I send the form?
A specialist, not a salesperson, reads your message, reviews your site and replies with the testing approach we recommend, the pages or user flows to include and the package that fits. If a free 30-minute call would help, we suggest a time. Nothing is booked or billed until you agree.
How much does an accessibility audit cost?

Packages are fixed-price: $100 for a 1-hour technical consultation (audit walkthrough, developer Q&A or live issue review); $500 Quick Audit; $2,000 Complete Audit; $2,000 Shopify Audit. We received an ADA demand letter. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us in the form when the letter arrived and what deadline it gives. We can audit the site against WCAG 2.2 AA, prioritise the barriers the letter names, help your developers fix them and re-test, so you have evidence of the work. We are not a law firm, so keep your attorney involved. Our guide to ADA lawsuit remediation explains the steps.
Which accessibility standards do you test against?
Most audits test against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We also test against Section 508 for US federal work, EN 301 549 for the European Accessibility Act and EU public sector sites, and WCAG 2.1 AA for the ADA Title II rule, which state and local governments must meet by April 26, 2027 or April 26, 2028, depending on population. If you know your target standard, add it to the form.
Do you sign NDAs and support procurement reviews?
Yes. We can work under your NDA, take part in security reviews and vendor onboarding, and provide the documents procurement teams usually ask for, including a VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report. Mention any requirements in your message.
